一、回忆自己初试给企业的印象。在你开始介绍复试的自我介绍中，一定要仔细回想自己先前给用人单位的印象，自己曾经的表现是什么样的，只有与原先表现相似的自我介绍才不会让用人单位怀疑你的真实信息。有很多求职者在初试时表现完全是按照网上攻略来的，面试过后就忘得一干二净了。等到了复试时，用人单位会明显感觉到他们现在所说的语气和原先的不一致，这样的结果我们可想而知了。

二、要了解会是谁给你复试。很多情况下，一般复试由部门经理或者主管来担当，主要是考察求职者的技能水平，所以如果是这样的话，你最好要做好相应的技能介绍，千万不要因为过头了而导致自己无法下台，毕竟对方的眼睛也不是容易忽悠的。所以，在接到复试电话通知时，要尽量打听谁是复试官，好让自己提前做好准备。
